Product Description:
The LW5D series universal transfer switch is primarily suitable for
circuits with an alternating current frequency of 50 or 60 Hz and a
voltage up to 380 V AC, or a direct current voltage up to 220 V DC.
It can be used to switch electrical control circuits (such as
electromagnetic coils, electrical measuring instruments, and
servomotors) and can also directly control 5.5 kW three-phase cage
induction motors (for starting, reversing, and speed change).
Divided by application, there are two types: those for command
control and those for direct control of 5.5 kW motors .Divided by
operation mode, there are two types: positioning type and
self-resetting type.Divided by the number of contact system
sections, there are 1~12 sections, a total of 12 types.
Meet the standard: GB/T14048.5,IEC 60947-5-1.

Operating Conditions and Environmental Suitability:
●Ambient temperature is -5℃~+40°C, the average temperature during
24 hours couldn't exceed +35°C.
●Altitude: ≤2000m.
●Atmosphere condition:
1.Humidity: Relative humidity of the atmosphere couldn't exceed 50%
when the highest temperature is +40°C; much higher relative
humidity is allowable under the condition of lower temperature, for
example, when the temperature reaches +20°C, the relative humidity
is up to 90%, taking into account the condensation that may occur
on the product surfaces due to temperature changes.
2.Pollution grade: 3.
●Installation condition:
1.Installation category: III.
2.The LW5D series universal transfer switch should be installed in
an environment without significant shaking, impact, vibration, and
without exposure to rain or snow.
3.It should be installed in an environment without the risk of
explosion or substances that could corrode metals and damage
insulation (including conductive dust).
