HJXGN Type solid Insulated Ring Grid Cabinet is the second
generation of all-solid insulated switchgear equipment which has
been designed and developed for many years by HJATIS Power Industry
Co., Ltd. In recent years, with the increasing maturity of epoxy
resin casting technology, it has become more and more widely used
in solid insulation. HJXGN ring cabinets use epoxy resin as
insulation material, mainly used in rated voltage of 12kv. In
distribution systems with rated current below 630A.With the
increasing influence of SF6 gas application on the atmosphere
Greenhouse Effect, a new generation of HJXGN solid insulated ring
cabinets emerge as the times require, and become the perfect
solution to replace SF6 ring network cabinets.
HJXGN type solid insulation ring net cabinet adopts solid
insulation technology, which combines vacuum interrupter, leading
circuit, insulation support and so on into a whole to realize full
insulation, full sealing and maintenance-free.The high-voltage live
parts in the cabinet are all single-phase insulated. The material
used is epoxy resin of GE Hensmail Company, which has excellent
insulation performance and excellent heat dissipation
property.Modular, miniaturized design, small area, high land use
ratio, high performance to price ratio; low circuit resistance,
reduce line loss; do not use SF6 as insulation and breaking medium,
meet the requirements of environmental protection.
HJXGN type solid insulated switchgear is widely used in industrial
and civil ring network distribution systems and power supply
terminals, especially in small secondary distribution stations,
industrial and mining enterprises open and close, high altitude,
