Product Description:
KYN28-12(Z) sheathed open AC metal closed switchgear (hereinafter
referred to as switchgear) is suitable for the complete set of
distribution and installation of three-phase AC 50hzN 3HZC 3N 612kv
monocular line breakage system, which can receive and distribute
network electric energy. The control, protection and monitoring of
electric circuits should be widely used in electric power,
metallurgy, petrochemical, urban construction and other industries.
The switchgear meets the requirements of IEC298,GB3906,DL/T404 and
other standards, and has a perfect "five defense" function.
The switchgear can be configured with VD4,EV12,VB2, VS1(ZN63A).

Product Feature:
The switchgear is mainly composed of cabinet body and removable
parts (hand cart for short), the shell protection grade is ip4x,
and the protection grade of each compartment is ip2x, with overhead
access line, cable entry and exit line and other functional
schemes. Installation, commissioning and maintenance of switchgear
can be carried out in front of the cabinet and behind the cabinet.
The switchgear is made of aluminum and zinc sheet, processed by CNC
machine tool, with multi fold edge, beautiful appearance, high
precision, high strength, corrosion resistance and oxidation
resistance.

Product installation:
Switchgear should be installed in a dry, clean, ventilated
distribution room. The installation requires that the basic frame
and floor of the switchgear in the distribution room have been
completed and that the decoration of the door window and the indoor
lighting and ventilation works in the distribution room should be
basically completed.
Base and mounting dimensions of switchgear:
In single row of switchgear, it is appropriate to use more than 2.
5 meters in front corridor and more than 3 m in double row
arrangement.
In the process of transportation, the switchgear should use
specific means of transportation such as crane or forklift,
strictly prohibit the use of roller crowbar, and strictly forbid to
push the circuit breaker into the cabinet body to carry it
together. The handcart only has to be pushed into the corresponding
compartment after the cabinet has been installed.
The installation steps for the switchgear are as follows:
1.Remove the back seal of the busbar room.
2.Unload a cable seal.
3.Unload the cover plate of secondary cable slot.
4.At this time a sequential combination of switchgear, if the
number of a row of switchgear more than 10, it is recommended from
the middle to both sides of the combination. The allowable
deviation of installation perpendicularity is 1.5m, the deviation
of the line cabinet is not less than 5mm, and the cabinet
indirectly does not exceed 2mm.
5.After the switchgear is assembled, M12 bolts can be used to
connect the switchgear to the base, or welding can be used to
connect the switchgear to the base.
Check that the main busbar casing is in good condition, clean the
busbar contact surface, apply conductive paste, and pass the busbar
into the main busbar casing. The installation of the main busbar
should be carried out at the same time as the assembly of the
switchgear to avoid the difficulty of wearing the main bus after
the assembly of the whole cabinet.
After the switchgear is installed, connect the main ground wire of
each cabinet with connectors.
